Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We are an online-based florist with no walk-in store. However we do provide curbside pick-up upon appointment, kindly contact us first if you prefer self-pick-up.

Flowers Arrangement

Q: How will my flowers be crafted and gifted?
A: Each Makna Bunga flower bouquet and arrangement is lovingly crafted by our florists to bring joy to your recipient. All wrappings and trimmings seen on the catalog, or on this website will be replicated as closely as possible. We strive to ensure that your flowers always arrive to your recipient on time and accompanied with a gift card bearing your personal message.

Q: Can I customize my own flower arrangement?
A: Of course! If you can’t find something you fancy on our portfolios, just reach out to us. We will get in touch with you within the next working day to personalize your very own unique arrangement.

Q: What Add-On Gifts do you have and how do I order them?
A: From soft and cuddly companions, to chocolaty treats, balloons, and lucky cat manekineko, we offer a wide range of Add-On Gifts. You can find these thoughtful add-on gifts ideas bundled with the arrangements.

Q: Will the product look exactly like the picture?
A: Our arrangements are handmade; the results may not be 100% the same. In the event of any supply difficulties, we will substitute with flower or foliage of equivalent value without prior notice. Color may also appear different due to difference in lighting and monitors used.

Q: What do you mean by “Mini”, “Midi” and “Mega” sizes?
A: For most of our flower arrangements, we offer three different sizes from smallest to largest: Mini, Midi and Mega. The number of flowers used in each arrangement depends on the size of arrangement you pick.

Q: Does Makna Bunga offer floral arrangements for weddings and events?
A: We do! From bridal bouquet to minimalist decor, we offer prearranged and customizable arrangements to suit any theme and budget.

Orders

Q: When should I place my order?
A: At least 2 days prior to delivery date for local flower, and 5 days for imported flowers.

Q: Do you provide same-day delivery?
A: Yes, we provide same day delivery for ready stock items. Kindly contact us via Whatsapp for urgent delivery.

Q: Do Makna Bunga provide greeting card?
A: You can add greeting card free of charge. Exact message on greeting card will be copied from 'Card Message' box while checkout (Max. 250 characters). You should fill "to" and "from" if you want these to be typed. You may also request for a blank card.

Q: Can I change detail of my order?
A: Order cannot be changed for any reason. Kindly check all particulars before submitting your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Order cannot be cancelled once it has been paid. The full purchase amount will apply for cancellation request received less than 5 days.


Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, QRIS, and bank transfer. All transactions made on our site are secure and charged in Indonesian Rupiah inclusive of prevailing government tax.
For ATM or online bank transfers, we accept payment only to our BCA bank account.

Q: How to pay via Paypal?
A: PayPal service is only available when payment is done in USD currency. Kindly confirm with us first via WhatsApp if you want to make purchase through Paypal. Paypal transaction charge and conversion rate may applies.

Q: How to confirm my payment?
A: Kindly upload your proof of payment or send it to our Whatsapp +6282168252015 along with the order number and account name for verification. Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.

Q: Do you accept any offline payment, like cash on delivery?
A: At the moment we don’t accept any cash on delivery payment.

 

Delivery and Pick-Up

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We mostly deliver around West Jakarta area and upon client’s requests we also deliver to Greater Jakarta Area, Tangerang, Bekasi, even all the way to Depok and Bogor as well! Let us know the recipient address in the delivery form so that we can inform you back regarding the delivery fee.

Q: What is the delivery method?
A: We use third-party courier such as Lalamove, Bluebird, Gojek, and Grab to perform the delivery. Flower Bouquet arrangement in ‘Mini’ size can be sent via motorcycle (preferably Lalamove with Lalabag). Other bigger-size arrangement (including vase and basket) will be sent via car. We shall not be liable for any damage or delayed delivery of the goods after pick up by third-party has occured.

Q: Does the price include delivery fee?
A: No, the delivery fee is calculated during the checkout process based on distance. The real time fare may also be adjusted to the weather condition. Toll and parking fees may apply.

Q: What time do you deliver?
A: We have two delivery slots during the day. Morning delivery slot available from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Afternoon delivery slot only available during weekday from Monday to Friday from 15:00 PM to 17:00 PM.

Q: When are your peak periods?
A: Our peak periods are Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Eid Mubarak, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. During these periods, delivery time slots are subject to changes without prior notice depending on the occasion.

Q: Can you guarantee a specific time for a flower delivery?
A: Due to the unpredictable traffic, the flowers cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time. However, you can choose from the time range given (Morning 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM or Evening 15:00 PM – 17:00 PM)

Q: Can you deliver to hospital, hotel, school, or office?
A: Yes, please make sure to include specific details such as the room number, class number, department, etc. Kindly note that your flowers will be delivered to the front desk/receptionist/school security, as most of the places do not allow delivery into individual rooms. Parking charges will be borne by customers.

Q: Is it possible to deliver to public places such as shopping mall, airport, garden, or restaurant?
A: It is advisable to have a meet up point at Main Lobby. Parking charges will be borne by customers.

Q: I want to make this as a surprise. Could you please tell the drivers to be discreet?
A: We cannot guarantee any special instruction regarding the delivery. Please arrange and contact the driver directly for special delivery instruction.

Q: What happens if the recipient is not home and cannot be contacted?
A: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of your order if an incomplete data is supplied; or if the number is not contactable. In case of this, we will ask the courier to: 1) leave the flowers in the garage; 2) deposit the flowers in the nearest security/neighbor.

Q: Can I choose to self-pick-up my order?
A: We are still online based, if you want to self-pick-up your order, we provide curbside pick-up upon appointment, kindly contact us to arrange the pick-up time.

 

Aftercare

Q: How do I care for my flowers?
A: First, take a good snap of Makna Bunga’s blooming beauties and mention us on Instagram @makna.bunga or Google Maps ‘Makna Bunga Florist’. For fresh flowers, simply keep them in a cool place out of direct sunlight (preferably in an air-conditioned room). Trim the stems with a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle and dip it inside clean water. Make sure to remove any foliage which may be in the water and change the water every 2-3 days.
